Electronic Signature Agreement
Under The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, before Contract Web Development, Inc. ("CWD") may accept your Freelance Writing Agreement ("Agreement") electronically, we must provide you with the following information and you must affirmatively agree to the following and thereafter not withdraw your agreement. In addition, we request that you make certain acknowledgements pursuant to the provisions of The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
Please take a moment to review and acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the Agreement. By signing, via electronic signature, in the box indicated, you hereby agree to the terms of this agreement.
By electronically signing this freelance writing agreement, I acknowledge receipt of this freelance writing agreement and I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
By agreeing to this Agreement and submitting it to CWD via the internet, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understood the foregoing Agreement, and that I intend to rely upon it and understand that CWD will rely upon it, and that I intend to be bound thereby.
• I understand and agree that my electronic signature is the equivalent of a manual signature and that CWD may rely on it as such in connection with any and all agreements I may enter into with CWD including but not limited to this Electronic Signature Agreement.
• I further acknowledge and agree that it is my obligation to immediately advise CWD of any change in my electronic address (i.e., email address).
• I further acknowledge and agree that it is my obligation to immediately advise CWD in the event that I withdraw my consent to this Electronic Signature Agreement.
• I acknowledge and agree that various security and verification procedures adopted by CWD in connection with documents on which I have affixed my electronic signature constitute a "qualified security procedure" under The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, and that all such signatures are "secure electronic signatures" (as defined by The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act) attributable to the person whose name is typed below.
• I acknowledge and agree that in the event that any person known to me (whether it be a family member, member of my household or otherwise) misappropriates any of the security devices connected with my CWD account application and such misappropriation could not reasonably be detected by CWD, CWD shall have the right to treat all resulting electronic signatures as though they were affixed by the person whose name is typed below.
• I acknowledge and agree that the individual completing this Agreement is the individual in whose name the account is being requested.
• I acknowledge that: (i) the information that I or my agent on my behalf provide to CWD during the registration, application, or use of this website is accurate and complete, and that any future changes to this information will be provided to us in a timely manner; (ii) I have all requisite power and authority to execute this Agreement and to perform my obligations hereunder; and (iii) I am of legal age, with respect to federal and state labor laws, to enter into this Agreement.
